  • > Acidity: 4.7g/l
  • > Description: Deep ruby, intense nose of cherries and dark berries, soft and full on the palate with gentle chocolate-flavour and a long finish
  • > Recommended with: Ideal with venison dishes, soft cheeses and noodle dishes
  • > Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
  • > Ideal maturity: 2010 - 2015
