  • > Description:  yellow-green, intense nose of ripe apples, elegant acidity structure, very lively on the palate with a lot of fruit and spice in the finish
  • > Recommended with: Ideal with veal, pasta and salad dishes, light fish dishes, spicy wok dishes; intended as a companion for just about any occasion
  • > Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
