- > Vineyard and soil: Gravelly, and sandy loam soil
- > Harvest: End of September to early October
- > Fermentation: 8-10 days on the skins at 28-30°C followed by biological acid reduction
- > Vinification: In steel tanks and large wooden casks
- > Alcohol: 13.2%vol
- > Residual sugar: 1.4g/l
- > Acidity: 4.6g/l
- > Description: Ruby-garnet with violet rim; aroma redolent of wild cherries and spices, soft and elegant on the palate
- > Serving Temperature: 16-18°C.
