  • > Grape: 80% Zweigelt, 10% Blaufränkisch, 10% Pinot Noir
  • > Vineyard and soil: Gravelly, and sandy loam soil
  • > Harvest: End of September to early October
  • > Fermentation: 10-12 days on the skins at 28-30°C followed by biological acid reduction
  • > Vinification: In steel tanks and large wooden casks 
  • > Alcohol: 13.1%vol
  • > Residual sugar: 1.3g/l 
  • > Acidity: 5.3g/l
  • > Description: Ruby-garnet with violet rim; aroma redolent of wild cherries and spices, soft and elegant on the palate
  • > Serving Temperature: 16-18°C.
