  • > Grape: 85% Zweigelt & 15% Pinot Noir
  • > Vineyard and soil: Gravelly, and sandy loam soil
  • > Harvest: End of September to early October
  • > Fermentation: 8-10 days on the skins at 28-30°C followed by biological acid reduction
  • > Vinification: In steel tanks and large wooden casks 
  • > Alcohol: 13.2%vol
  • > Residual sugar: 1.4g/l 
  • > Acidity: 4.6g/l
  • > Description: Ruby-garnet with violet rim; aroma redolent of wild cherries and spices, soft and elegant on the palate
  • > Serving Temperature: 16-18°C.
